The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has recently issued the "National Automotive Chip Standard System Construction Guide", which proposes to establish and improve China's automotive chip standard system in phases according to the current status of automotive chip technology, industrial application needs and future development trends.
The guide specifies that by 2025, more than 30 key automotive chip standards will be formulated, clarifying the environment and reliability, electromagnetic compatibility, functional safety and information security and other basic requirements, formulating technical specifications for key products and applications such as control, computing, storage, power and communication chips, and forming test methods for matching the whole vehicle and key systems to meet the basic needs of automotive chip products for safety, reliable applications and pilot demonstrations. . By 2030, more than 70 standards related to automotive chips will be formulated to further improve the general requirements for basic general, product and technology applications and matching tests, realize effective support for the research and development of forward-looking and convergent automotive chip technologies and products, basically complete the full coverage of typical application scenarios of automotive chips and their test methods, and satisfy the need to build a safe, open and sustainable automotive chip industry ecosystem. The program will meet the needs of building a safe, open and sustainable automotive chip industry ecosystem.
